Why you are here (in the United States or at the school you chose)?
Basically, I looked for a school that has a comprehensive business program such as an MBA to develop my analytical and management skills. There are two major reasons why I chose this school. The first one is a correlation between my career and international-focused MBA programs at the Monterey Institute. I thought I would be able to deepen my international business knowledge. The second one is the great environment for studying. Classes that consist of a small number of selected students from all over the world make our classes global and active. I always appreciate a variety of points of view on any issue. And of course, the safe environment, the great weather, the people, and the wilderness attracted me.

What is the class atmosphere like at your school?
The class atmosphere depends on the class but basically very active. Taking advantage of the small size in each class, students have many opportunities to express their opinions and actively participate in class discussions.
What were your initial thoughts when you arrived (in the United States or at your school)?
When I first arrived at the Monterey Institute, I realized that the school is located in a perfect place in Monterey. It’s in the downtown area but close to the ocean. It’s only five minutes by foot to the main street and ten minutes to the beach. And I was impressed that there are some historical buildings on campus.
